Just wanted to let you know I am teaming up with yogini and owner of
Prime Chriopractic, Dawn Yonce, to do a workshop on Saturday September
28 from 1-3:30 p.m. entitled Awaken & Align: Unlocking the Secrets
of Your Spine. Dawn's own chiropractor told her how much healthier her
spine is since she started practicing yoga! I hope you will join us
and/or recommend the workshop to a friend who wants to learn more about
keeping or getting their back and neck in optimal health! To register,

The Sophia
Institute has moved to Lance Hall, next to Circular Congregational
Church (150 Meeting Street). I have loved teaching many of
you at The Sophia Institute for the last 4-1/2 years and am so grateful
to Carolyn Rivers and The Sophia Institute for our partnership. I have
decided this is the right time for me to shift my energy a bit so have
not made the move. Lisa McQuade's
class has moved to 9:15 a.m. Monday. My friend Laura Jarrait
(http://alamkarayoga.com/) taught last Wednesday's class (to excellent
feedback and she is available for privates!). Clare Meyer (who studied
at the Himalayan Institute) has also joined the teacher team. Check
https://www.thesophiainstitute.org/content/yoga for more developments.
Reports from Week 1 at Lance all is that people really like the space
and are able to find parking quite easily.
Finally, my 11 a.m.
class at The MUSC Wellness Center will be shifting to noon (so all
classes in the Crow's Nest will be at noon) with the new Fall Schedule
(date still being finalized). Check the telephone hotline (843-792-1649)
or text me if you want to be sure!
My public class schedule is:
