Yoga with a Friend! Noon Mondays and Wednesdays

Get ready for the holidays by taking a mid-day break at The Sophia Institute, 297 East Bay (at Society Street). Bring a friend and you each pay only half ($5)for an hour of Anusara Yoga (through November 18). Anusara is a type of hatha yoga that is:
• Open to all levels; we espouse the Tantric yoga philosophy of seeing the good in all things and people
• Great for beginners who want to learn how to do the poses to avoid injury through Anusara’s elegant and simple Universal Principles of AlignmentTM
• Great for advanced students who want tips on how to deepen their poses through the Universal Principles of AlignmentTM
• A celebration of the heart during which you can explore your heart to remember your true nature—the Divine within you!
Anusara Yoga, founded in 1997 by John Friend, is one of the most popular and fastest-growing styles of yoga with 1,000 Certified and Inspired teachers and 200,000 students in 70 countries. For more information and, visit www.anusara.com
