New year! New class!

I am excited to be starting the new Grace class at The Yoga House in a few weeks!

This class is for anyone age 50+ who wants to explore how yoga can help us age with grace and live life to its fullest. The class will explore all types of yoga poses, including Anusara (alignment-based) yoga to build strength, flexibility and balance, yin and restorative yoga to stretch and calm the body and mind. We will explore the therapeutic value of yoga (for arthritis, osteoporosis and injuries) as well as yoga's philosophy for seeing the good and embracing life. Join our 50+ instructor Gail for this playful and challenging class! The studio will be open from 1:15-2 p.m. and 3-4:30 p.m. for tea, networking and sharing experiences with the others who are on the Grace path.
