Yoga Recovery Meeting

This Sunday at 10 am EST, I am speaking at the weekly Yoga Recovery video meeting on intherooms.com. The topic is "from shame to seva". The meeting will conclude with a 10-minute seated yoga practice. Thanks to Kyzcy Hawk (who leads the S.O.A.R.
